MAISƠN SPECIALTY COFFEE
Grown and produced in the highlands of Mai Sơn, Sơn La, this coffee comes from a close partnership between dedicated ethnic minority women farmers and a trusted, quality-driven processing facility.
Following SCA standards, we deliver high-quality, sustainable Vietnamese specialty coffee-crafted to be shared with the world.

PROCESSING
SPECIALTY COFFEE GREEN BEAN
Our coffee is carefully grown and harvested only ripe cherries from the finest coffee growing areas of Mai Sơn, Sơn La, Vietnam.
The cherries are then processed using a variety of methods like natural, honey to bring out the unique character and produce specialty-grade green beans.

Every batch is roasted using PROBAT drum roaster and handled with strict food safety processes to ensure quality, cleanliness, and consistency from our roastery to your cup.
We do quality assurance following SCA standards with top-tier equipment from Probat, Mazzer, Ditting, MPE, Lighttells.
